Our Story
Meet John and Anthony, two handy homeowners who have tackled a number of home and landscape projects over the years. John’s success in his medical career is largely attributable to delivering a high level of patient care and customer service, both in the clinic and operating room. While Anthony’s success as an engineer, turned executive in the construction industry, is largely due to his technical competence and understanding of the design and construction process.
Often, while tackling their own home and landscape projects, neighbors began seeking John and Anthony’s advice and assistance with their home and landscape projects. As a result, they started Creative Solutions Outdoors (CS Outdoors) to pair the skills from their professional careers with their competence in home and landscape projects, the goal of which is to bring an unmatched experience and product to our neighbors in the community.
As they were thinking about starting CS Outdoors, they met Brian of BH Enterprise after a tree fell in Anthony’s yard. Having a customer service experience that we all yearn for, it was a “no-brainer” to partner with Brian to bring a range of services and solutions to the community. Together they are equipped with the knowledge, experience, and equipment to provide you with an unmatched customer care.

Meet Anthony, otherwise known as ‘T’, a man of many talents and even more degrees who has a knack for getting stuff done! A true Southern gentleman born in Davidson County, Anthony has all the brains to back it up with a Mechanical Engineering degree from NC State and MBA from Duke. But don’t let his credentials fool you, he’s more than just a brainiac; he’s a man of heart, with two fur babies and a loving wife. And if that’s not enough, Anthony has recently taken up cycling to add yet another “string to his bow”. It’s not just his diverse interests that make him stand out, but his wide-ranging skillsets. He’s a one-of-a-kind individual who combines technical competence, emotional intelligence, and business acumen to lead organizations to client service excellence and project management, execution, and safety. Anthony uses his unique blend of skills to make a real difference in the world.

THE CREATOR
Meet John, jack-of-all-trades, Ironman Triathlon “nut” and entrepreneurial spirit. With over 15 years of experience in medicine and a passion for working outdoors, John has the perfect blend of brains and brawn. Born and raised around a cattle farm in Missouri, he’s no stranger to hard work and determination. And it shows in his impressive track record of completing over 20 Ironman races. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. When he’s not seeing patients, John can be found bringing his creative vision to life as the owner of a film production company or picking vegetables in his garden. And if that weren’t enough, he’s also a proud husband and father of 4 calling Winston-Salem home for over 20 years.

Meet Brian, the Renaissance man of Winston-Salem. Home grown in Winston-Salem, Brian grew up in the shadow of his father’s thriving tree business. But Brian was not content to simply follow in his father’s footsteps; he set out to forge his own path. With three children and a beautiful wife, Brian is a devoted family man, but he also knows how to push himself to the limit. He’s completed multiple grueling Ironman Triathlon races and shows no signs of slowing down. When he’s not competing, Brian can be found working tirelessly on his own tree and landscape service (BH Enterprise & Landscaping), using his entrepreneurial spirit to bring beauty to outdoor spaces. For Brian, there’s no place he’d rather be than outside, and he’s made a life and career out of doing what he loves.
